Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to LeadsFactory Services through this website.
Workshops & digital services
As our workshops and digital programmes deliver immediate access to materials and live sessions, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel before a workshop begins, contact us at support@leadsfactory.my. Eligible cancellation requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be considered for a refund or credit at our discretion.
Duplicate or failed transactions
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or were charged for a transaction that failed, please email us with your payment reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
